Greetings Skinny Gurus.

Quick (hopefully) question.

When downgrading from the $26 -> $16 mobile plan:

  1. Does the subscriber keep any existing/accumulated rollover data and minutes?
  2. Do they keep all the data/minutes (as opposed to it being "resized" or rationalized)
  3. Are the pre-existing expiry periods for the data blocks still retained (i.e. not updated in any way)

TIA.
