Accessing the Spark website on my phone this morning I keep getting this message:

Going by the IP address you're currently posting with you've got iCloud Private Relay turned on.

 

VPN services get abused all the time and companies often block VPN's because of this abuse. Disable Public Relay as you honestly don't need it in New Zealand and things will come right again.

 

Safari already proxies ad sites and trackers through their Private Relay service.
