Had clarification from Xtra on this and there's no 200MB per hour during peak times limit on Go Large. This limit is only only for the Wholesale Broadband Service (WBS) Cabriolet, which is available from other providers.

... and a further update, which is also on the Computerworld page linked to above: Telecom Wholesale now says there is no 200MB per hour limit on WBS Cabriolet either. Apparently they made a mistake in the Wholesale Informer.

Excellent, the wholesale plan would have been a bit limiting otherwise.
