I don't believe so. I was experencing slower than usual internet last night... however its to be expected at times.

Heres the offical list of what Xtra 'manage'. I don't know what 'Upload/Download' from that list refers to. Is it standard http traffic or not?

the technology Xtra use can determine types of traffic irrespective of port. for example setting bittorrent to use port 80 doesn't help.

legitimate (HTTP) web browsing shouldn't be limited and hopefully this isn't a case of misidentification of traffic. but who knows with their system.. L7 filtering sucks for everyone who isn't an ISP

Well that sucks, i use uTorrent for P2P which isn't listed but they still shape my traffic. Real Cool.

uTorrent uses the Bittorent protocol, so yes it is listed. And yes it will be subject to their traffic management policy.
