My broadband has always been from the 10th to the 9th following.

This month shows from the 17th Feb to 16th Mar.

I have tried ringing 123 ( more than one hour waiting / no callback option??)

Has anyone else's changed , or know of any changes?

And what happened to the callback option?

Spark has historically had two billing systems that have been used.  There was a recent project to align the billing cycles of the two systems.
From what you are saying it is likely that this realignment has occurred on your Broadband.
Best to try 123 again at a less busy time for further information, as I don't much beyond that headline ...

Mine changed a month or so ago. I think some billing dates were realigned.

Yes, they were all realigned about month ago. 123 will tell you the same thing. There was a notice on all bills a few months ago.

Yes, you should have had a notice with your bill in.. Jan I think we got it? Can't recall... aligning your billing cycles of all services to one, instead of broadband one day, mobile another, etc.
