Just wondering if anyone in a MS Exchange environment is running their PDA's &/or Smartphones with windows mobile 5.0 so that the user (personal assistant) can access their emails and their manager's calendar.

Any advice gratefully recieved.
Thanks!

If you are an Exchange user you can assign other users rights to read or write on your behalf.

On your PC open Outlook, click Tools | Options | Delegates and work from there... You can also share specific folders only by right-clicking the folder and selecting Change Sharing Permissions.

Thanks for that. They have access to diary & email when on their PC's but when the PA get's a PDA/Smartphone, how do we allow them to see the PA's emails and the manager's calendar.
At the moment we can only allow one user account per device.

Oh.. I thought you wanted a PA to be able to add appointments into someone's account, etc from a PC and have this replicated to a mobile device.

Windows Mobile devices (and most other devices really) will only allow one Exchange account per handheld.
