I have a OKTA Boss running WM6 it appears they are applicaiton locked i.e. you cannot install unsigned apps/games/utils on it.

I have tried various methods to unlock it. You need to edit some registry entries as discussed here..

I cant get these methods to work, when I start PHM Registry editor and attempt to modify a value, I get an error "unable to perform operation" it's like the registry is readonly.  I have even tried Total commander which does modify the values but it doesn't save them.

I even tried the CAB file which makes the changes automatically, but am unable to run the CAB, WM6 says Installtion was unsuccessfull The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.

Hopeless, Any one have any other ideas? Is this the same for the Touch and Titan?

Thanks Mauricio,

However I tried the following and it worked fine, appears to work for all HTC devices as stated.
