i have a htc titan and have recently bought a jabra stereo bluetooth headset bt320s but to my dismay there is only mono sound from the hedphones , it seems to me that the a2dp  is not activating     any ideas

Not sure... my Titan connects fine to my iTech Bluetooth Stereo Headphones, and plays in stereo. No special setup required that I can remember...

so it would appear that the problem is with the jabra bt320s not the phone .
