What's up with Spark hold times? My Mum's been trying to get through yesterday and today, yesterday it was at least an hour to talk to someone, today it's two. At least they call you back, but Mum missed the calls yesterday so has had to wait again today.
I've given up with calling them, and solely use live chat, which has generally been pretty good. Had to contact them a few times during my UFB upgrade, and then again for FibreLL.
