Ok,

I moved over to BigPipe and disconnected at the end of December but I was told that I had to give 30 day notice so it wouldn't be officially disconnected until the end of the billing in January - cool beans, I paid the $300 disconnection fee plus the months worth of internet. 25 January came and they charged me for another month even though it should have been the final month. I rang them up and I was told, "oh, that is an error, I've fixed it and you'll see it all corrected on the February end of month bill - well, here we are end of month for February and the stuffed it up yet again - charging me for another month even after telling them 2 months ago that I was going to BigPipe. Could someone at Spark please fix this problem.

I used the chat support for any issues, usually really good and less wait times and if they can't sort it over chat they do a callback, which is less than the call wait times.

Handy for me as I work on a computer so I can use the chat, might be better for you too.

Had an online chat - completely useless reply "I'll get back to you via email".

Made a formal complaint - two months and still can't get it right.
