When it comes down to the consent, does Spark/Enable take care of this or is the customer's responsabily?

I'm on a cross-lease section with shared driveway. The other property is a rental but I know the owners well (although they don't live in ChCh).

Last update I received from Spark was on March 14th. (Received the Huawei Router on the same day). Have already called Spark to get an update but they couldn't give me any more info. Would contacting the other party speed things up?

It's Enable not Chorus. I assume the same forms will be on the Enable site somewhere though.

It can be trickier with Enable, as they can't use existing Chorus owned conduits.

If the OP can PM me with their Spark order number, along with the name, contact number and email address for the absentee owner next door, I will pass these details on to Enable and ask them to make contact for consenting to proceed asap.
