My partner has just ported her number back from vodafone after phone issues made her go to vodafone while on holiday. Since the port she has been unable to send or receive text messages from any network ( apart from 3 standard skimmy welcoming ones) . She is able to call and teceive calls and use data. We have tried the sim in another phone but still the same. Even skinny technical suppurt couldn't see anything wrong. We even tried sim swapping but still no texts. Any ideas?
