About 10 mins ago chorus tech left and I had been switched over to VDSL he said it's all manual now and called some lady up said I expect 30 down 6 up as she could see her end. But nothing like that as you can see below.
Also I wanted a master splitter installed but he said won't make a difference yet I new it would but he didn't want to and was quite happy to leave quickly Should also let you know I have a phone line as well and only 1 jackpoint.

What can I do?

All is sorted now. was lack of communication and no explaining just in and out the door but spoke to chorus and all is well now.
