I have a 3G router and have noticed on occasion the internet has disconnected.

There is nothing I can find in router to suggest that it is the cause. Does anybody know if there is a maximum connection time or something else at Spark's end that would cause such a disconnect?

Thanks

How often is occasionally?

You really need to provide more information cause if it's going offline early hours of the morning then it could be due to planned work

Maximum session time is 24 hours for standard Mobile session. So you will be kicked every 24 hours and it should automagically reconnect.
