Hi everyone, just wanting to know if you know how to change from Skinny direct to Skinny?

Number port over to Skinny just like how to changed to Direct :) Remember, it'll wipe anything you've got on Direct and you'll be starting fresh again.

My understanding is that you need to contact customer care, who can do this for you (it's a manual process).

 

A $15 fee will be charged to your card.

Really? This has changed. I remember it was as simple as a port the last time I did it however that was quite some time ago unless if I am thinking of the wrong thing (it may be Skinny to Skinny Direct I am thinking off - can't remember).

Yeah nah, it's always been that way. I was an early adopter of Skinny Direct, and didn't know about the $15 fee until I went to change back to Skinny, so went to warehouse mobile instead for the far cheaper data.
