Hey all,

Just a quick note to let you know that, after a fantastic 1.9 years, I am leaving Bigpipe.

I’ve had a most excellent time helping out here. I’d like to genuinely thank everyone who posts in the Bigpipe forum for being our biggest advocates - and, at times, our best-informed and most critical critics. We wouldn’t have got where we are today without you, and we appreciate everything you’ve had to say. Please do keep posting.

Bigpipe will keep hanging around here after I’m off. @IPv6pipe has been doing a sterling job looking after the IPv6 beta, and he’ll be dropping in regularly (at least a few times a week) to chip in on discussions relating to support and tech stuff. If you’ve got any questions around this sort of thing from here on out, tag him in a thread or send a PM. (Do try the standard support first, though - that's still the best way to get in touch with us!)

New user @ChrisBigpipe, from our brand and comms team, will drop in to make announcements around new features and other developments.

In the spirit of self-indulgent goodbyes, I'd like to leave you with this article, which was the first thing I did for Bigpipe. I don't know if what I end up doing next will allow me to write corporate blog posts based entirely around Simpsons memes, but I hope it does.

Thanks again, everyone.

You can still be a part of the community, just not end user support :)
Maybe your quality of life and levels of stress will improve.

Enjoy the new job dude, haven't been a bigpipe customer but from what I've seen you've done a pretty good job in these parts.
