So - business support for spark: They have a business support promise:

https://www.spark.co.nz/business/contactus/book-a-call/

"We are committed to help you find your business edge, our dedicated local business hubs and 24/7 technical fault assistance will help you keep it."

Call through to them. They are closed. Even spark internal cant get them as they are closed.

So what does 24/7 mean? Not 24 hours a day 7 days a week - that's for sure.

Spark - seriously - how can you get away with advertising lies? Here is a real new Low!!!!

As for 126 business. Open 8am until 8pm Mon to Fri - but closed at 6pm on a Wed. More bollocks and lies from Spark.

Just had spark door to door call. Told them they need to advertise someone else who isn't into fraudulent false advertising.

Yup . But even if i wasn't the 24/7 support team not being open 24/7 and the 8am to 8pm team not open when they state and now it seems the activesync that is sold by spark is not supported by spark so they have false advertising and fraudulent sales processes going - all from sparks own mouth.

Remember the discussion recently about why I dont like paying ISPs for SLA and services? It's because of complete bollocks like this. Lying fraudulent under performing heaving pile of steaming tripe.

Can't see anything on that link that states there's 24/7 support with the business mail service.

Missing the point. They advertise 24/7 support. Here: https://www.spark.co.nz/business/contactus/book-a-call/

They dont give it.doesn't matter if it is for mail, web, internet or other. if their services dont match their advertising it is fraudulent.

Their 126 line says 8am to 8pm Mon to Fri - but doesn't deliver. closed 6pm Wed.

Their mail service says active sync. but sparks says dont support it and certainly cant connect to it.

That's three strikes - !!!

Every service has different support tiers and conditions, just like every service has different support teams that specialise in each service.  You can't expect to get 24/7 support for every service you have with a provider just because they provide 24/7 support in their catalogue of services.

Well they have the ability to schedule a business hours support call, which you can use 24/7 to arrange.  That's pretty clear on the site.

you are really missing the point.

If spark advertise they have a 24/7 service AND THEY DONT!!!! then it is false advertising - no matter if you are a client or not. And I am - my client PAYS FOR THAT SERVICE.

I'm not missing the point, I understand what you're attempting to say, I just disagree with your interpretation and expectation.

Seriously? Are you arguing for the sake of arguing?

If you say 24/7 support and don't have it it is fraudulent advertising

If you say you are open from 8am to 8pm for support calls and aren't that is false advertising.

If you say you get activesync for your subscription and dont - it is false advertising.

No interpretation required. Only Basic understanding of simple english

Would you like to try my 24/7 win cash line? If you call and talk to us between 6pm and 8am you will win - 1 billion dollars.  Guarenteed.

Of course i only let you book a call back between 8:01am and 5:59pm and charge you to do so.

I'll simply respond on the 24/7 thing here.

That link seems to be only booking callbacks to business hub, this is why it's limited to 5pm at the latest.

This is a change that i haven't been across so i'll have to Check in as to why it says faults but directs to business hubs.

Our onshore, premium care center do finish up at 6pm However, our at home agents are on till 10pm.

they are back online from 6am. In the week hours between there, there is a specially trained team that offers the rest of the 24/7.

You may need to call directly into 126 to hit the team.

https://www.spark.co.nz/contactus/callback/ will allow you to book a faults callback still, be it residential offload.

There is smart routing that tries to push business customers to business queues regardless etc..

As mentioned in the other thread, If you have a genuine complaint, feel free to log it on our site https://store.spark.co.nz/forms/s/complaints - The support any spark affiliated person here provides is off their own back on their personal time, Please remember this.
