So today I crossed over to Spark from VF.

The main reasons were

Esim support
Visual voicemail
Better coverage in this region
Possibly, if I’m ever convinced to join the club, Apple Watch LTE support

The process was easy and painless. I’ll get slightly less data for the sane money though. 10GB v 12GB per month. Probably won’t notice.

It took about six hours for No Service to appear and then I was straight on Spark. Thumbs up for a painless experience - a sadly rare thing these days.

Six hours isn't bad, but did you try turning it off and then on again? 😉

I did. I even said it to myself in an oirish accent.

Made no difference.

VF is so bad with support these days they need to step up their game over just giving you more things better support is in dire need. Been with spark for the Spotify and overall fastest/best coverage VF ain't far on the coverage and speed but cant stomach the terrible support and dont really need the extras they offer.

Geektastic:
Esim support

Same here - this was my key reason for moving my personal number back on to Spark. Costing me more every month than Vodafone was, but whatever, price isn't everything.

I must admit I found my port to Spark went very smoothly also, I understand they've put a lot of effort and resource into the processes etc that support this - and that investment is clearly paying off for them.

The other bonus is the laughs you'll get from the Spark voicemail to text.
