Recently I read a note about users having trouble accessing Xtra's network due to Parental control setting even though they had never set any Parental controls.
I anyone has seen this article could they please advise me where it is located as I am trying to help someone who has been blocked from Xtra for this problem and Xtra support has not been able to help.
