Problem with XT....

Hi everyone....

Been an avid user of the XT Network since last Saturday, and it has been awesome up until today. I have a Sony Ericsson C510a. When using data, it works for periods of time, then suddenly fails to load pages, coming up with an error "Communication Failure, try again or contact your operator for support". The problem with this is, whenever I try to contact Telecom support, I get cut off randomly. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

1st thing when anything goes wrong with your phone is to remove the battery for a few minutes then turn back on and try again if that fails call 0800358423 option 3, this is the telecom wireless help desk, from there they should be able to help
