What his crypitic message means is that the feature "video telephony" appears in the telecom mobile phone "compare" page. it might be a coming feature

I think what he's done is gone onto the Telecom web site and compared the features of two particular handsets. As you can see, neither of the handsets that he's chosen support video calling, but the fact that it's specified as an option suggests that it may feature on a soon to be released handset.

when i was comparing two phones i found that it has Video Telephony in the list so i might be an up coming feature link below

They also have Sync ML , this does not mean that they are getting it soon. I suspect they have put this here so you can compare what vodaphone has on there handset . So you can see the phones pro and cons compared to a Voda handset
