Hi guys,

Just a word of advice. It may not be a wise idea to be posting any information on upcoming devices (from either Voda or Telecom) on this (or any other) site.

Recently investigations at one of the companies into information that has been posted on this forum have led to job dismissals and may result in further legal action.

Rule of thumb, post what you know (don't guess / make it up), and if there's any chance it could be confidential, don't do it.

Yes thats just common sense I don't post about nothing unless its in the media or can found on google (google is god)

Very good advice... It is good to make it clear that we do not ask people to disclose any confidential information, and anything that is private property (commercial sensitive, product descriptions, etc) should not be disclosed if it will result in the breach of confidentiality agreement, NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement), employment agreements or any other private contracts.

The rule is that unless the information is already made public by the interested parties, via an official press release or communication on their website then it is better not to post it here.

Also, we do have a privacy policy and personal information is not disclosed to third parties. However we would still be required to present information regarding activities in this forum if requested by a judge.

Use your common sense, and check our forum usage guidelines.
