Could someone enlighten me as to whether Telecom 3G phones are able to access live cameras to view streaming video. If so what is the best format; frame size and frame rate for this to be executed.

Only if they could do it over wap i guess. I dare say the streaming media player in the 7400/5600 are locked down.

All Telecoms 027 phones are 3G. CDMA 1xRTT is a 3G network. (old argument I know - no flames please lol)
