So, Telecom's Budget Link -  ... but what is Budget Link?  Pay as you go ?

I'm prepared to go to a budget advisor to get my phone bill reduced - I never use the damn thing for normal voice calling.

All my calls are VOIP, so an ADSL provision would be a must - this wouldn't get lopped off the Budget Link., would it ? I'm under the impression that the ISP ADSL provisioning is totally separate from the analog line provisioning.

Going solely mobile is not an option, due to very marginal reception.

My thoughts are no longer my own and is probably representative of our media-controlled government

I believe it's more for people who have difficulty paying their bill, not for someone who doesn't want a landline. That's what Naked DSL is for.
