Your phone should be back by now, start nicely pestering the dealer to ring and find out.
Might be waiting on parts, or they might have a backlog of jobs.

Hi,

We seldom deal with telegistics for repair purposes of treo handhelds. They are just fantastic when it comes to service! There should be some good reason for you not getting back the phone yet- might be waiting for parts. Dont worry- will get is soon!

My dealings with Telegistics were pretty good on the whole.
All the Treo stuff goes to Renaissance doesnt it? (The OP has a Sanyo though)

humm, is that all the fault is microphone? tele is normally good at a respone time, but it depends on the parts they need, i work for Telecom more mobile in one of the wellington stores, we have a few phones that are fixed within 5days sometimes less. and he had phones fixed within 3months. which is wrong but its limited supplys they have up in auckland and when they order parts. which is coming oversea. it depends on the Shipping delays etc. but tele are more better than when we used Mobilefone repairs as they do Vodafone aswell, we had a bad run with them, 3/4 months phones were coming back...... but over all tele been good, i look after the phone repairs for out store, and alot of work is needed on repairs. if they cant control it. then it gets outter hand.....

Yea just the micophone is faulty everything else is good. I hope it's not too long as its fairly new and paid a lot for it and don't want its value to be dropped while I don't have it. Thanks for your responses guys.

Hi.
Please could you provide me with either the 5600's ESN number or the Telegistics work order number so that I can have your issue resolved for you today.
Thanks
