Hey just found this article, Telecom are going to be offering VDSL2 and they don't have to share it.

Can't wait for this to come out.

Also, an interesting note is that it appears they are going to give a naked option.

it;s not that they don't have to 'share' it, (the article even states a wholsale newsletter talking about what whoelsale will be selling).

What it means is that the price of VDSL won't be subject to regulation. In other words, wholesale can (theoretically) charge whatever they like for it instead of the price depending on some proportion of retail's price.
