DeroyBoy: The smart phone plans look good, I recently moved to 2degrees from telecom but may move back some time if I can be bothered.
SteveON: They are "okay" I guess.. If you don't like to use your phone as a calling or texting device...DeroyBoy: The smart phone plans look good, I recently moved to 2degrees from telecom but may move back some time if I can be bothered.
Why?
On 2d for my $59 I get 220 Min 1000 texts and 1074 MB...
On telecom you get 100 Min 300 texts and 1024 MB

I don't need that many minutes or text and would prefer to have nation wide data.
No doubt 2 degrees offer great calling/text value but once I go outside their coverage data is to expensive.

100MB for $10 isn't that bad.

corksta: And will be excellent for when iOS 4.3 comes out with the ability to use the iPhone as a Wi-Fi hotspot.

old3eyes: I hope that they don't go the way of the US carriers and make data plans mandatory for smartfones..
