Just wondering if this is a iOS 4.3 thing or a Telecom thing:

I haven't had any voicemails for a while, but since updating to 4.3 I now just get an automatically generated text message under the person's name saying there is a voicemail.

iPhone users will know that it used to be a notification together with a solid red dot over top of the Phone app.

Anyone else noticed this?

It actually sounds like you may have the voicemail viewer turned on. You can call the help desk to have it switched off.

Voicemail viewer? I've never heard of that.

Voicemail viewer is a new voicemail notification service. If you prefer the older voicemail message waiting notification (red dot) then call 123 and they can change it for you.
