I got a reply to my Twitter from @TelecomNZ in regards to slow loading of webpages. I was asked to DM my telephone/account details - but I can't DM people who are not following me.

Could an Official telecom representative PM me here so I can give them my details.

Also have seen that I am not the only person noticing this the last couple of weeks.

My Twitter messages page was still loading for 2 minutes until I had to refresh it. NZherald times out. Getting quite frustrated.

Twitter is pretty unreliable, I am also having trouble today with it. If you just send an @ message to telecom, I am sure they will add you as a friend.

I ended up using Telecoms email form that someone in another thread recommended to use.

So hopefully someone at Telecom reads that email :D.

Yep, managed to DM them via Twitter with all the details and email reference. So hopefully someone can investigate the issues that a few of us are having :D
