Dont know where to get this problem solved?
Am on a corporate XT postpaid account.

Using a HTC sensation and using its WIFI hotspot to connect a laptop when out and about.
No problems except on one website.
Site works perfectly via ADSL, it worked perfectly via previous CDMA phone (same wifi type connection to same laptop)

Connection speeds make no difference. Auckland CBD, Invercargill or Waikato!

It is known the website login page (It a Direct Admin login screen) has an issue on very slow connections but that is not a problem here. Speed tests show as often faster than the ADSL used.

Can someone suggest who i should be calling to solve this problem as it appears to be XT network problem to date as that is the only thing that is different.

Any assistance / pointers appreciated.
As it is a significant login i will not be posting any details re which site. The question is more where to go to get it looked at. Vodafone data connection does not have the same problem and it does not work no matter location.

Thanks in advance.

What APN are you using? Have you tried the internet.telecom.co.nz APN instead?

I know the default Telecom APN (wap.telecom.co.nz) will show different IP addresses between requests, causing problems on sites that have options to logout users based on IP changes - Geekzone for example has such option and won't work on wap.telecom.co.nz.

Good idea. Should have thought of that.
Changed phone to internet.telecom.co.nz and rebooted.
Voice calls OK but data connection will not start up with this APN :(

Do you have more details about the website that I can test from here?
