Hey all

I'm trying to find a feature I want to find in a cellphone for a XT phone. The feature I want is basically the option to use voice recorded messages etc for a ringtone.

There's one  model (Samsung E3210) I'm thinking of getting. Can this model do the feature I want? or would I need to find something else? I know some phones are capable of this without needing android to do so.

Any help or advice would be appreciated

All the androids do it, you can download apps like tape a talk and you can save anything recorded as a ringtone or notification tone. Cheapest unit i think is 199

I would imagine most phones would be able to do this, it would be just a matter of getting the recording in the correct format, i.e. MP3 WAV etc

Sony Xperia X running Sailfish OS. The true independent open source mobile OS
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3
Nokia N1
Dell Inspiron 14z i5

The Samsung S5511T does it all you do in use the voice recorder to record what ever you want. Then you select that recording as your ringtone and that is what will be played for your ringtone alert.

Yes the mobile operates on the Telecom XT Mobile Network $199 dollars excluding sim card.
