I rang telecom a year or so age when I was looking at changing providers, and part of the deal was that they gave me a $10/month loyalty credit. That was cool, and I am still with Telecom.

I noticed that our November bill was a little higher than usual, so checked it online and noticed that the loyaly credit has stopped (I got about half of it in October).

Since I first found out about the credit from Geekzone, I am wondering if anyone else has stopped receiving it?
I can't remember which department I talked to at Telecom to get it last time, I know it wasn't 123.

I would have thought it was only a 12 month gig rather than on going for life. If they've done it once, I doubt you'd get it again.

If you are using that as the only reason to stay with Telecom then I'd suggest you go elsewhere as you're obvious not happy with them other than for getting a discount.

I'm not unhappy with them, the $10 credit boroughs it inline with other offerings (which have all changed now). I am looking at going to vodafone to get the mysky discount and this has made it all the more attractive.

Just give 123 a call and explain the situation to them (re VF's offer), they may be able to assist or sugest a more suitable plan / option.
