Hi All

I have found that I can not receive texts from my 2 degrees friends to my skinny phone. I am receiving texts from Telecom Xt and from the old telecom network. Has anyone found this too?

That's interesting; we did testing to 0204 numbers in December and it worked fine. Is your number ported to Skinny or something? PM your number and I will check out our end tomorrow morning.

I just done a test and I can send and receive skinny to 2degrees. Has the number on 2degrees been poorted? that maybe the issue if so.

As asked above, has your number been ported?

SMS isn't as simple as voice when it comes to porting, and causes all sorts of issues. In your case the problem could actually be in XT (that still in effect owns the 027 number) rather than being a 2degrees issue.
