Hi guys,
Just wanting to share my experience with 1 seconds of WAP usage on my cell phone. This cost me 2 cents and telecom refused to refund it to my account no matter how angry i got. This annoyed me as i had $9.98 when i needed $10 for my 2,000 txts for the month.

Today, i topped up my skinny sim card with $5. I instantly only had $1 left as it bought my loose lips combo, sadly i wanted busy fingers. I called up skinny. A nice lady answered.

She refunded my money happily and swapped my combo over, then said i can keep both of them for this week only costing me $4. Thats not bad getting both busy fingers and loose lips for $4 !!

living skinny = win

gz ftw

Why should Telecom or any other carrier refund you for data you have used??

By the way Skinny is  a Telecom company.

dont they just rent lines from telecom?
when it comes down to a pitiful 2 cents, they should refund it because not everyone can run into the store and spend another $10-$20 on top ups.

Yes I think they should have too. Not because you were in the right, as it sounded like you did use some data, but just good customer service, that wouldn't actually cost them anything.
As far as I am aware skinny is sort of telecoms low cost brand, targeting a younger demographic, to compete with 2 degrees.
