There are probably a number of geeks out there who would appreciate a forum area to discuss electronic instruments, Midi, music production, sequencing, DAW  (digital Audio Workstation) hardware/software etc.

I'm looking at dipping my toes into midi and couldn't find a suitable forum to post my question on?
