feel free to use 'offtopic' or 'desktop computing' for now if need be - but good point!! we do answer lots of networking related questions here...

I am looking into merging some sections in the Windows Mobile and Windows CE areas, and this will make room in the page for a new networking section. Please give some time and I will work on this later today.
