How long does GZ remember a user's login for?

This morning when I went to login, I showed up as a guest.

I tried to login and couldn't. Of course, I had forgotten my password and attempted to use the password reset feature.

I entered my username 'DarthKermit' and the system told me there was no such username!!! I got around this by inputting my email address.

For some reason, the reset email didn't come through to my inbox for about an hour. This could be a problem with Telstra Clear though?

Anyway, I'm glad to say that I managed to reset my password and get back in. Has anyone else had this happen?

Cheers.

Did you or someone flush out the cookies in your browser of choice?
Or rather clear 'everything' from history, to saved passwords etc etc.

Logins are valid for as long as you have they set to Auto Login, or 20 minutes timeout otherwise.

Your problem is probably related to some antivirus blocking cookies, some adware cleaner being overzealous when cleaning cookies or something related.
