The forum is running ASP, not ASP .Net. It's a heavily customised version of ASPAPP. If you want something in .Net try Community Server or DoNetNuke.

I ran YetAnotherForum.net for a couple of years on a site of mine - I was pretty happy with it, it's open source and written in C# too.

If the server also has PHP installed then surely phpBB is an obvious choice?

If you want to be exploited in ten seconds ;) There are a few forum packages out there - FUD forums is a nice package from what I've seen.
The forum is running ASP, not ASP .Net.

The servers are powered by the parents running on trendmills, who were rounded up by someones popular anti smacking law.

phpBB is not all that bad now days Smile.

I don’t think phpBB has had any security issues for a quite a while now.
