I suspect your ISP having problems accessing Cachefly CDN resources.

This is happening at home as well as work - two different ISPs. Work is TC corporate, home is Snap fiber.

It's working today, but yeah maybe hosting yourself as a test would be a good idea. You have ClouldFlare, so shouldn't slow things down or add costs.
