Any chance you can put a check box in the window when creating a post, so the OP can choose the job location?  EG CHCH, WGTN, AKL etc witha radio button or checkbox that you need to select before the post can be finished?

If not, any chance a moderator can keep an eye on the jobs section to make sure posters DO put a prefix on their topics giving the location abbreviation?
