With my Wordpress blog, I can find my Referrerers and also Incoming Links to my blog. Is there a way I can do it for my Geekzone blog?

Could use the JavaScript object document.referrer - seems simple enough: never used it though (uggh... tracking)

See an example.

You can sign up to sitemeter.com and add their code to a sidebar item. Please don't use Google Analytics or Statcounter as we already have those in place for our own controls.

A very good one is actualy mybloglog.com. I use it and you can see where people are coming from, and what links people are clicking. It also has a social side to it. I have it on my own blog.

By the way, Google Analytics provides only historical information and won't show where people are coming from *now*.

Thanks Mauricio Cool

I have one doubt,

I added my blog to myblogblog and finally it said,

To get started, add the code below to your blog template in between the OPEN body (<body>) tag and the CLOSE body (</body>) tag and republish. The optimal place is just after the OPEN body (<body>) tag

I can change the design template of my blog as I have access to CSS, but how do I add that Javascript that they are asking me to add between the <body></body> ?

Just add a sidebar "free" item and use it. Make sure to copy any Javascript to notepad first, remove line breaks as they will be converted to BR tags in free items.
