I Purchased software from Handango through this web site on Thursday last week. When I downloaded the .zip files, there was nothing in there to install. I sent feedback on this and I was supposed to get a response within 48 hours. It has now been 120 hours and I have heard nothing. Can anyone help me?

Leilani, is the zip file empty? What files are there inside the .zip?
