Am using Firefox on Windows 10
The "Search" seems to be missing the normal box
Not sure am doing some thing wrong or missing something

I take it to mean that the search box is missing at top of screen.

 

Just use 'open menu' (the the 3 horizontal stripes icon) at far top right of screen.

 

Then 'customize' and drag the 'search box' icon  to where you want it and let it go.

It’s in the GZ subforum so presumably OP means GZ search not browser search is missing.

Ok, I did nothing to my Firefox, and now I get the Search box again.
Not sure why, but all good !
Am not fixing something that is not broken
