I hope this is the right place to get technical support for the Geekzone forums...

 

Basically, I do not seem to be receiving private messages.  I get e-mail notifications telling me about them, but there are none in my inbox.  Did I untick the wrong box somewhere or what is going on, please?

If someone sends you a message and then archive it before you read you won't see anything there.
