I am looking for a way to be able to send & receive faxes locally over the Internet. I don't have access to a Telecom line and are using the Woosh wireless service to access the Internet.

Ideally I need a local number people can fax to that will pass on fax messages as email attachments.

I am not a heavy user so I want to avoid anything with high monthly fees just something I pay for as & when I use it.

I am not doing any international faxing, just within Auckland. I want something reliable, easy to use & won't be a cost during periods it is not being used.

What can you recommend?

I see you discovered this too... :-( i'll be watching this one closely as it's it's only big downer. (no sky or Monitored alarms either)

I currently have thrown my i-mate back into service using "truefax" though it's a bit hard to scan into.
