i do have email alerts turned off on my profile options. and yet they continue to send me a notification everytime some one posts in a thread ive posted in

You have the "Mailing List" unchecked, but you still have "Forum Notify" checked in your profile.

You can change the notification options to only send an email once until you visit the discussion you participated on, or once every hour, or once every 24 hours.

There are lots of options. I suggest you make sure you set what you want, before coming here saying we're spamming.

last time i checked, i have everything unchecked including the forum notify

c71931f: You can easily 'unsubscribe' from the notification/notification's via any of the email's ...

ive done tryed this many times, and im still getting messages

I have just looked now and you still had Forum Notification set. You have not changed anything. I have changed that and removed all your forum notifications.
