I signed up here because of a great thread on iPad Apps so I know that there should be atleast one result when I search the forum for "ipad" - however I get nothing.

I've tried some other words and still nothing. Thought I should mention it :)

Chances are you are using ad block+ and it's incorrectly/wrongly blocking the asynchronous javascript used for the search from loading.

Trying not to offend anyone, but are you sure you are using the search box? It works fine here on Chrome 9....

You can see it (and delete) from your Profile page. And a lot more there too...

Yeah, I find I just cannot get the search to work correctly in Firefox, period. (And that's after allowing all the Java Script, and other content injecting sites)

So searching on Geekzone is one of the few times I have to resort to IE.... brrrrrrrr.

I didn't see that it was using Google Search and sure enough, FF's adblocker was overachieving!

thanks Tongue out
