No edit button on geekzone mobile. Most likely by design, but it would be nice to have : )

Doesn't mean it wouldn't be nice to have. Needing to view the 'full' site in order to edit a post you've just made is annoying (esp as on mobile devices in particular, it's easy to make dumb mistakes...)

Have you tried the full site on a mobile? It's super fast, we don't serve any ads and it works well. I don't use the mobile site at all.

I'd been using the mobile site on my phone but tried out the full site just now amd it works very well.

I have a question though, the page seems to refresh about every 20 to 30 seconds.  I'm using Opera Mobile 10 and I see the blue progress bar moving across the address bar which indicates the page is loading or re-loading.  Why is this happening I don't see this on other sites?

It's not the page refreshing - it's the Chartbeat ping. I will disable that for mobile as well.

Looks good now that's stopped it. That's prompt service, I'm impressed

I've bookmarked the full site now and will proably not bother with the mobile one.
