Is anyone else missing their April invoice? I don't have one in my online access and haven't received by mail...

My bills used to show up the day after the billing period ended (28th of the month), but for the last few months have been showing up a week later.

My online invoices are dated 29 Jan, 4 March, 4 April.. so I expect to see my April invoice around the 4th of May.

Mine usually showed up in the last week of the month, dated 20th. Looking online I can see all the previous ones at 20th March, 20th February but none for 20th April yet.

Yep, can confirm that I'm missing mine too. I'm the same as you Mauricio in that mine are normally for 20th of the month but nothing as yet for April

From memory I think I got mine in the mail and it correctly accounted for my plan amendment to new VF pricing so maybe it's the online bit that's yet to catchup

I don't have the hardcopy yet (I usually get it in the first week of the following month) but it's showing up online and appears to be correct. I'm still on a TCL plan as it seems that I'll lose Big Back Yard if I switch to a new one.

Perhaps they gave you a free month. "Year right" insert Tui ad here

I'm still on the old Telstraclear price plan, haven't got the online invoice yet. I got the prev one on the 27th. I also found that I cannot logon using the Vodafone website, still need to use telestraclear.co.nz.

Could it just be me but I have noticed that my Speedtest reports have been a bit lower recently. I used to get 14Mbps tested, now I get 7Mbps or even 4Mbps yesterday.

Not me. We got our first Vodafone bill last week, since they swallowed up telstraclear.

Just received my bill. Instead of being charged the coming month at the new 150GB rates of $95.95 they charged me the old $155.95 rate.

Not happy.

Got mine on Tuesday (30th Apr)...have not changed any of my services yet. Be interested to see how many of the people that have upgraded their package as opposed to people that have not changed. What's the ratio guys?
