I cancelled my subscription with Telstra in march and was advised that they would arrange someone to pick up the equipment etc i had with them, i waited and waited so i called and was told we will send you a Courier ticket so waited and waited called back oh sorry sir we will arrange another and i waited and wiated

June i recieved a letter from Baycorp outsanding debt with Telstra $1100, so io called Telstra and told it was for non return of equipment, so i told them what had happend and they advised me to drop the gear at the wellington office and get a recipt and they will sort it.. did this


Now i have an outstanding amount of $250 with baycorp for collection costs, is this fair? i tried many times to  return the equipment telestra tell baycorp the amount stands
